Bioinnovación Dental is a CAD/CAM dental manufacturing company headquartered in Mutilva Baja, Navarre, Spain. In 2026, Bioinnovación Dental expands its scope with the launch of BIDimplants, its biomedical division dedicated to the development of custom-made implants. The starting point is the personalised subperiosteal implant, a solution designed for patients with severe bone atrophy classified as Cawood & Howell IV, V or VI, who are not candidates for conventional endosseous implantology. BIDimplants is not simply an extension of our product portfolio: it represents a formal commitment to generating robust, prospective and unbiased long-term clinical evidence on the performance of these devices — in a field that has re-emerged with renewed momentum thanks to advances in computed tomography (MSCT, CBCT), the full consolidation of digital workflows in dentistry, and laser-based additive manufacturing (LPBF), yet still lacks the longitudinal data it deserves.

What sets BIDimplants apart is not only the precision of the implant itself, but the follow-up framework built around it. Every device we manufacture is integrated into a prospective multicentre clinical registry that tracks real-world outcomes over time, identifies risk factors, refines design and production protocols, and provides the prescribing clinician with evidence that no product catalogue can replace. We manufacture the implant and we stay with the patient. That is what we mean when we say excellence doesn’t expire.
