IDEA is a SME company, with international projection with more than 15 years of experience specializing in the promotion and management of centers, programs and social-health services for the elderly, families and professionals.

Our strategic lines are: research, healthcare innovation, specialized consulting and training.

Idea currently manages 14 centers in Spain, including residences, daily centers, home help and supervised apartments.

We are a vocational, transdisciplinary team, and most of us are university professors specialized in the field of gerontology.

At IDEA we are convinced that the quality of services by and for people lies in “invisible” values: affection, responsibility, good treatment, dignity, respect, autonomy, professionalism, ethics. “People who care for people.”

Within the Innovation area, we highlight that we manage the only Living Lab specialized in gerontology in Spain, and certified by the European Network of Living Labs. We participate in national and European projects, related to the promotion of active aging, gerontechnology, silver market and attention to chronicity and fragility.

In our Living Lab, we accompany technological entities in the launch of products to the market, from phases TRL1 to TRL 9, defining use cases, based on co-creation and co-design with future users/clients, piloting, testing validation, and determination of business models.

Idea has created the first International Campus on specialized training actions in gerontology “Campus By Idea”. We design personalized training paths for national and international entities, both in person and virtually.

In addition, Idea has its Idea Foundation, in which we actively participate in the Chair of New Longevities at the University of Navarra, with the aim of identifying care needs of the elderly and analyzing the meaning of this phase of life human.
