The Official College of Nurses of Navarre (COENAV), is a public-law corporation established in 1918. In accordance with its Statutes, its primary objectives are:

• To serve as the sole institutional representative of the nursing profession, safeguarding its integrity and defending the professional interests of registered members, including the prevention of professional intrusion.
• To protect the rights and interests of consumers and users of nursing services, as well as those of registered nurses.
• To ensure the highest standards of quality in the professional practice of nursing in Navarre, and to collaborate actively in the operation, promotion, and improvement of the healthcare system.
• To guarantee that the activities of its members always comply with the ethical standards of the nursing profession and with the requirements of the society they serve.
• To cooperate with the Public Administrations of Navarre.

COENAV currently represents approximately 6,000 nurses and operates two headquarters: one in Pamplona and another in Tudela. The College offers its members a broad range of services, including:
