Navarra Health Cluster (NHC) has participated in the MEDICA 2023 fair, the benchmark international event for the health technology sector, which was held from 13 to 16 November in Düsseldorf (Germany). A unique opportunity to discover the innovations developed worldwide in the field of medical technology and healthcare.
We have been present through the Navarra Health stand, an initiative promoted by the Department of Economic and Business Development of the Government of Navarra, framed in the International Plan of Navarra. The Navarre stand hosted eight other Navarre companies from the healthcare sector, including five NHC partners: ABANZA, EVERSENS, Darwin Biomed, OSF PLASTIC and Agenor.
The event, which brought together more than 5,000 exhibitors from almost 70 countries, presented a wide range of medical products, devices and instruments for outpatient and clinical treatment, including all phases of development, production and marketing.
The MEDICA fair has served to present Navarre’s healthcare ecosystem at the institutional level and to strengthen relationships with different organizations.
As far as NHC is concerned, the fair provided many networking opportunities, and we were able to meet with other clusters as well as regional and national representatives, including theDepartment of Life Sciences of Taiwan National Science and Technology Council,clusters specialized in medicine and medical devices in North Rhine-Westphalia (Germany), the Bayern Innovativ and the Cluster Medizintechnik Bayern, theLille Eurasanté Agency (France) or the MDSS GmbH, specialized in Regulatory Compliance.
